Greenville Rebuild

Greenville [Re]Build

Long-term Strategic Visioning and Facilitation

Designing, supporting and implementing resilient and regenerative strategies into rural Northern California.

Identity + Design + Project Management + Strategic Planning

In the wake of the 2021 Dixie Fire, which destroyed most of downtown Greenville and devastated Plumas County, LMNOP Design partnered with Indian Valley communities to help guide long-term recovery and resilience. Our work has spanned discovery and visioning reports, internship programs, and the development of the Indian Valley Conceptual Infrastructure Master Plan and Greenville Town Center Design Guidelines—tools that support rebuilding homes, restoring businesses, strengthening infrastructure, and reconnecting the community to its surrounding forests and waterways. Through strategic planning, design frameworks, and partnerships with local schools and organizations, LMNOP has helped position Greenville as a model for how small, rural, forest-dependent towns can rebuild stronger, more resilient, and more connected than before.
