Tyler Pew
Founding Principal

Tyler’s passion for the possibilities of the design process sparked his varied studies and accomplishments in business, engineering, sculpture, architecture, and fabrication. In the Masters Program at CCA, he was able to merge his passions for building/making and rapid prototyping — focusing much of his education on digital fabrication tools like CNC, laser cutting, and 3D printing. This led to the launch of LMNOP Design Inc. In all endeavors, Tyler seeks to empower, engage, and energize those around him.

As founding principal, Tyler manages all areas of LMNOP’s operations from idea to conception. He leads business strategies and overall design direction of the company. 

Ben Hoffman
Designer

Ben is a hands-on-oriented designer with a strong work ethic and interest in the built environment’s impact on how we share and create stories. He view his work as an extension of his youth – embodied in the tactical exploration of construction through modeling and fabrication, LEGOS, elaborate metaphors, and thoughtful sharing of space – and seeks to continue playing in the ‘real world’. His ability to facilitate and commitment to a united team allows for a focus on community and client wellbeing.
